terms & conditions
COMMISSION PROCESS:
-> available through platforms VGen or mihuashi (米画师)-> off-platform: references can be sent via direct messages on twitter/qq or via a Google Drive folder.
-> after discussing details, I will send 2-3 draft sketch poses to choose from (sketches at this stage can be revised)
-> payments are 50% upfront. the remaining 50% is paid after you are satisfied with the completion of the piece.
->100% upfront payment for doodles(payments accepted via VGen/PayPal or AliPay/WeChat)
__DEADLINES & TIMING:
-> the artwork will typically be completed within 2-5 weeks depending on the complexity of the commission.-> progress updates will be sent every week, or anytime upon request.
__REVISIONS:
FOR DOODLES: I won't refine details past the extent shown in the examples, tiny revisions (eg. 5 minute edits) are accepted.FOR RENDERS:
No major revisions during the rendering stage (eg. drastic character pose changes). Changes can be requested at anytime during the sketching phase.Additional fees will apply if a major revision is requested.If I have drawn something incorrect (eg. accessories, wrong colour), please do not hesitate to let me know. These revisions are categorised as small and are always free of charge. This offer is also extended to the next week upon completion of the commission if it is only noticed after delivery.__"ANYTHING YOU WON'T DRAW?":__
nothing that comes to mind. if there is a detail/character I can't draw or won't be able to draw well for some reason, I will let you know during/before the sketching process.-> OCs, yume-ships, yaoi/yuri/het etc. are all accepted. feel free to message in advance to check :)
-> NSFW/suggestive content/nudity/body horror/gore is OK.REFUNDING:
-> refunds will only be issued in situations where I cannot complete the commission. otherwise, non-refundable.If you are unsatisfied with the commission at an early stage, and wish to cancel during/halfway, the process ends at the 50% sketch fee and I will provide whatever files are on hand.If the commission is close to completion and the cancellation is sudden, I will not provide the full file- only the sketch- and the first 50% will be non-refundable.
